Pecan Cream Cheese Pie
2 small pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/4 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt
In a small bowl, beat above ingredients together until creamy.
3 eggs
3/4 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inch)
1 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
In another bowl, beat 3 eggs until yolks and whites combine. Add sugar,
vanilla and corn syrup. Beat gently until blended. Spread cream cheese
mixture over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees until center is firm to touch,
35 to 40 minutes. Bake on low rack in oven.

Sugared Pecans
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
Cook water and sugar to soft ball stage. Take off of burner; add butter
and vanilla. Add pecans and stir until creamy. Pour out onto waxed paper
and separate with a fork.
